Shipping & Inventory Clerk (Logistics)
Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., LTD has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Inventory Clerk in its Shanghai division. We are seeking qualified candidates for full-time entry-level positions with training provided.
SUMMARY
Need motivated, eager candidates to be responsible for assisting our Logistics Lead in ensuring all aspects of logistics shipping and inventory management are properly conducted.
We are seeking bilingual applicants with excellent English to assist with these duties in our new Shanghai location.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for handling and managing shipments and the required related documentations. Ensures all shipments are properly received, inventoried and entered into Logistic/Accounting databases.
Coordinate and manage shipments by various modes of transportation.
Work with logistics lead to ensure foreign import procedures with Customs, CIQ and other import/export related authorities. Manages shipping and inventory documentation for both incoming and outgoing shipment.
Responsible for ensuring product inventory is monitored and accurately accounted for to help maintain adequate stocking levels of products.
Works effectively as a team player, supporting and cross-training other staff members to ensure the highest levels of customer support.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree is required in Life Sciences or Logistics/Trade.
Excellent computer and communication skills required.
Experience working with databases required.
Experience with CIQ Customs Declaration Procedures is preferred.
English (written and verbal) is preferred.

要求?
持有生命科学或物流/贸易学士学位。
拥有优秀电脑交件处理和通信技能。
必须懂得运作资料库系统。
出入境检验检疫局的报关程序有经验者为首选。
英语（书面和口头）是首选。
