工作概述:
市场营销战略总监负责制定市场营销战略来打造品牌意识度、熟知度和转变以实现上海迪士尼度假区预期规划的客流量和收益目标。该角色将领导所有市场营销专业组成的跨职能团队,包括:数字/社交、公关、联盟、客户管理关系和协作以及跨专业合作伙伴,如:消费者调研、销售、在线、公共事务、华特迪士尼幻想工程和运营等部门以及外部服务供应商。另外,该职位将负责作为上海迪士尼度假区其它项目团队的关键利益相关方并管理财务规划和资源分配和计划。该职位将向副总裁,市场营销,上海迪士尼度假区汇报,该职位的工作地点为上海。
主要职责:
?领导上海市场的业务、产品审阅和战略营销计划的制定工作(上海迪士尼度假区、零售餐饮和娱乐区、酒店、湖滨区和剧院)。指导市场营销投资来优化上海的客流量和收益。
?保持积极的动力来面对不断变化的消费者观点、季节性需求以主动优化并调节战略来推动业务。
?通过现有数据、适用预测和经验制定建议来指导商业决策;与收益管理分析、定价和财务部合作来考虑年度战略以推动客流量。
?向内部战略团队以及外部服务供应商合作伙伴提供领导力、发展和辅导以优化工作效率和效力,确保一致的战略方向并按时在预算内执行计划。
?与总监,传讯部合作指导创意开发,评估概念,与内部创意团队及服务供应商合作以交付最大影响力的传讯工作。
?直接个人方案预算及长期常务规划工作,包括AOP和FYP职责
?突出的商业敏锐度,要求联系消费者意见、宏观和微观趋势以及商业目标来制定良好的战略建议,以推动上海市场客流量和收益;突出的合作关系包括各业务部门的高级领导层、收益管理分析、定价、运营和财务以及市场营销方面的总监,传讯部和相关专业团队。关键的角色以确保上海市场实现品牌卓越。

Title: Director Marketing Strategy
Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing Strategy is responsible for developing marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, affinity and conversion in order to achieve planned visitation and revenue goals for Shanghai Disney Resort. This role will lead cross-functional teams comprised of all marketing disciplines including digital/social, PR, Alliance, CMR, and Synergy as well as cross-discipline partners such as Consumer Insights, Sales, Online, Public Affairs, WDI and Operations, and external agencies. In addition, this position will have responsibility for serving as a key stakeholder on other SHDR project teams as well as managing financial planning and resource allocation and planning. This position will report to VP, Marketing SHDR and will be based out of Shanghai.
Primary Duties:
?Lead development of business reviews and strategic marketing plans for the Shanghai Market supporting the Shanghai Disney Resort and its component products (Shanghai Disney Resort, RD&E, Hotels, Lake Front District and Theater. Guide marketing investment to optimize Shanghai attendance and revenue.
?Maintain a pulse on the changing consumer insights, seasonal needs, and product opportunities in order to dynamically prioritize and adjust strategies to drive the business.
?Guide complex business decisions by developing strong recommendations based on available data, applicable projections and experience. Partner across lines of business with RMA, Pricing and Finance to consider annual strategies to drive visitation.
?Provide leadership, development and coaching to internal strategy teams, as well as external agency partners to optimize work flow efficiency and effectiveness, ensure consistent strategic direction and execute plans on time and on budget.
?Direct creative development in partnership with the Director Communications, evaluating concepts, working with internal creative team and agency partners to deliver the biggest impact in communication efforts.
?Direct Individual program budgets as well as longer-term financial planning including AOP and FYP responsibilities
?Strong business acumen required to link consumer insight, macro and micro dynamics, along with business goals to develop solid strategic recommendations to drive Shanghai Market visitation and revenue. Significant partnership require across lines of business inclusive of Senior Leadership, RMA, Pricing, Ops, and Finance along with marketing specific Director Communications, and discipline teams. Critical role to ensure brand excellence within the Shanghai marketplace.
?Direct reports along with heavy liason with segment partners and agencies
?Exceptional ability to sort through a full spectrum of data to develop effective strategies that drive business results. Strong business acumen, understanding market levers to optimize attendance and revenue goals. Ability to think in a holistic consumer centric leveraging key insights. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Strong strategic planning and project management experience. Highly proficient at leading and influencing peer level partners. Financial literacy, fluency in marketing strategy and communications. Advanced skills in directing and evaluating creative.
?Leads a team of marketing strategist as well as go to market strategies for RD&E and Walt Disney Theater. Requires significant partnership across the organization inclusive of business driving partners such as RMA, Pricing, Finance, product and operational partners such as WDI, Entertainment & Operations as well as Marketing Partners across all disciplines. In addition acts as a key executive leader within the SHDR Team, providing liason to Segment as well as updates to JV Partnership.
