Nosh was founded in 2011 in Shanghai. We now operate two delivery-only restaurants, with plans of opening more shops and new
concepts. Our vision is to be Shanghai’s most reliable western food-delivery service. We are building a company where people can order food knowing that they will receive safe, tasty and clean food, with fast delivery. We only use fresh, high quality ingredients, and we put great focus on having a clean work environment.

Nosh现需要一名店长。他/她能够管理6名厨师，5名外送员和其他餐厅员工。他/她需要维持餐厅的工作效率以及维护餐厅的声誉。必须维持餐厅内的服务，食品，卫生以及安全标准。

Nosh is seeking a Manager to run one of our delivery stations. The station manager is leading a team of 6 chefs, 5 delivery guys and other service staff. Station Manager operate the shop and ensures that the restaurant runs efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. They must coordinate a variety of activities to maintain high standards of food, service, hygiene, health and safety.

职位要求：
- 中国公民
- 三年以上西餐厅工作经验，至少两年管理经验
- 优秀的管理技能
- 熟练的英语交流能力
- 大专或以上学历
- 有较强的责任心以及工作效率
- 26岁以上
- 对食品卫生有较高的要求
- 外貌端庄
- 有较好的抗压能力
- 能够在周末或节假日工作

Requirements:
- Chinese citizen
- At least 3 years work experience in a western restaurant, at least 2 management experience
- Strong management skills
- Excellent English skills
- Senior Middle school or above
- Strong sense of responsibility and task/goal-orientated
- Minimum age 26
- Great attention to details and hygiene
- Clean and friendly appearance
- Nosh gets very busy over lunch business and the Station Manager needs to be able to work highly concentrated under stress
situations
- Available to work weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:
- Run the daily operation of the restaurant smoothly alone the operating procedures of the company
- Daily operation includes taking client orders and coordinating them between the kitchen and the delivery team
- We are obsessed with hygiene. The Station Manager ensures that the store is always very clean
- To ensure that all kitchen staff keeps the high standard of cleanliness that’s required by the company
- To ensure everyone is following hygiene regulations (e.g. regular hand washing etc)
- Keep all areas of the station tidy, clean, and keep all equipment well maintained
- Ensure the standard of food presentation
- Supply Management for the store to ensure sufficient inventory of food, beverage and packaging material
- Prepare shift schedules for the station
- Place orders with suppliers and control deliveries
- Station Manager have weekly meetings with the area manager
