Responsibilities
- Attend all Program Meetings related with IT; Summarize highlights from the meetings and share with the team.
- Organize internal IT launch meetings; clearly understand the true status and help deliverable owners to update status.
- Keep tracking all issues and follow up with the countermeasures. Proactively discuss with line manager about the status and countermeasures.
- Analyze the interactions across the various activities, monitor the respect of the deadlines
Qualifications
- Experienced in IT field, better in OEM
- Smart, with the ability to learn quickly and an understanding of Marketing & Sales activities
- good project management knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Excel and PPT skills
- Above 3 years working experience
