职位描述
Purpose & Scope:
To execute short/mid/long-term business plan of company products in China and contribute to the sales acquisition and growth
Accountable for:
· Implement, control and evaluate business plans and strategies of company products to set and achieve the sales targets in China region
· Manage contracts/turnover/margin
· Understand customer trends, keep the Company abreast of the new customers needs
· Collect first hand information on competitors' marketing and sales activities and suggest proper counter action to address issues identified;
· Explore sales opportunities in new/developing markets and put forward development proposals and recommendations
Number of direct reports: none
Typical Means of Delivery:
· Work closely at all levels within the local business to understand needs and execute a competitive portfolio of sales strategy/system/SOP/action plans
· Develop and maintain good working relationships with key customers.
· Cultivate relationships with new customers
Main Business Challenges:
· Develop channels and customers
· Execute best commercial practice across a business which traditionally has limited exposure in China market
Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
· More than 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG/industrial industry. A combination of sales and marketing experience is a plus
· Well developed sales and marketing skill and communication skills
· Work independently and flexibly, good adaptability, work under pressure in a constantly changing business environment
· Can-do attitude and roll-up-sleeves work style
· High business integrity
· Fluent in English and Chinese communication/presentation skills both
· College level or above education
· Sound PC skills, experience in using CRM software such as salesforce.com is a plus

Critical: performance through people, influencing, growth drive, capability development
Required: partnership building, information sharing, customer intimacy
Industry Experience:Candidate from FMCG, Automotive, Electonics, IT, Retail sales are all acceptable.
