FUNCTIONAL TITLE: Cash Ops Officer
DIVISION: GTO, Infrastructure
TEAM / BRANCH: Banking & Cash Operations
DIRECT MANAGER: Cash Ops LCY manager, Shanghai
LOCATION: Shanghai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Processing of RMB cash transactions on CNAPS, BEPS and local clearing
? Handling and independently resolving local and regional inquiries and related activities
? Ensure compliance of key processes and procedures with the regulatory environment of cash business in China (RMB business)
? Perform daily transaction input in AML system and other regulatory reports (daily / monthly / quarterly)
? Handling daily cash activity and key blank form safekeeping
? Use of back office and regulatory reporting systems
? Offer counter service
? Close co-operation and communication with other team members
? Prepare MI reports, volumes & other stats
? Other tasks within the RMB processing team

SELECTION CRITERIA
? Degree holders with Banking and Finance background
? Good command of English communication skills – both spoken and written are essential
? 4+ years relevant experience in a similar field
? Working experience on cashier is a plus
? Good knowledge about PBOC regulations on RMB business
? Good general PC skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
? Ability to focus and prioritize in high-pressure environment
? Strong communication and inter-personal skills
? Attention to details is essential
? Confident and a team player
