1、负责区域内客户询价的处理、报价，以及报价后跟踪；
2、负责客户订单、合同的录入，申请采购；
3、负责已下订单的货期跟踪，及时与公司采购部门、客户沟通；
4、负责客户订单的发货申请、开票申请；
5、协助销售经理做好电话来访工作，在销售人员缺席时及时转告客户信息，妥善处理
6、负责收集潜在客户信息，提交给销售人员使用；
7、负责整理公司代理产品的文字、图片资料；

1. Responsible for clients' inquiry, quotation and follow-up in sales district.

2. Responsible for P.O. and contract data entry and application of procurement.

3. Track the status of formed PO and communicate with purchase depertment and clients.

4. Responsbile for application of products' delivery and issue of checks.

5. Assist sales manager in phone call records, handle clients' inquiry at the absence of sales person.

6. Collect clients' information and hand over to sales person.

7. Responsbile for proceeding word-text and photographs of products.

岗位要求：

1、女，22岁-35岁，中专或大专学历
2、具有1年以上销售助理或者客户维护管理工作经验
3、工作认真、细心、责任心强、准确高效
4、能熟练使用office软件以及其它图文处理软件
5、具备良好的英文听、说、读、写能力
6、能适应较大的工作压力，能适应出差

1. Female only, age 22-35, technical secondary school or associate degree.

2. One year' experience of sales assistant or clients service.

3. Working attitude of hard working, detailed-oriented, responsibility and high efficiency.

4. Proficiency in office softwares and image process softwares.

5. Capable of English speaking, listening, reading and writing.

6. Work under pressure and able to travel.
