Product Marketing Manger

Responsibilities
● Develop strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.

● Develop new product feature and functionality in partnership with Product Management and Engineering

● Drive and develop material for multiple product or service launches including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, videos, PodCasts, and sales training materials.

● Develop and drive competitive marketing campaigns to ensure market share and profitability. Collaborates cross-functionally on competitive selling, pricing, market development and field solutions.

● Drive new business and opportunities for the Sales division with emphasis on focus product lines.

● Drive resolution of customer satisfaction issues. Manage issues associated with ordering of product, systems and tools, and manufacturing supply

● Interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with: Product Management, Customer Support, Business Operations, Regional Sales and Support Solution Marketing, Channel Management, channel partners and direct customers.

● Participate and act as marketing's primary advocate on cross functional development teams. Provide customer use-case examples to Product Management and Engineering and is the primary bridge between customer feedback and requirements and R&D.

● Assist in product management activities where capabilities and time, or project need exist and serve as marketing advisor on all matters relating to products.

● Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.

● Assist with providing sales support with targeting and closing sales opportunities, as well as on root cause and countermeasures as required.

Qualifications:

Degree level qualification or equivalent work experience

Experience:

More than 7 years work experience in technical role

Knowledge:

● Advanced knowledge of product and territories. Has knowledge of the principles of sales and marketing cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, etc;

● Must be strategic in thinking, planning and execution for business development; Demonstrated success of executing sales or marketing strategies.

● Business knowledge, organizational abilities, and who is capable of bridging customer business requirements to technical feature set and broader market trends, indices, and capabilities.

● Knowledge and practical experience with product development, market requirements, product launches, marketing plans, competitive analysis, and technology assessment

Technical Skills:

Must have excellent analytical skills and the capability to summarize large amounts of complex technical information; Business senses, trends and competitions are required. Familiar with EDA industry.

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
