岗位职责：
1、通过微博、论坛、博客、社区、 SNS 等网络资源进行发布推广，并严格监控实施过程，及时跟踪推广效果提出调整建议；
2、协助负责淘宝店铺的整体运营和日常管理；
3、协助处理运营策划以及淘宝店铺的推广；
4、利用淘宝渠道指定、推行淘宝营销方案，定期进行效果分析；
5、了解和分析网络上各同行及竞争产品的动态信息；
6、领导交办的其他事项。

岗位要求：：
1、一年以上淘宝运营相关工作经验；
2、热爱电子商务，有良好的策划和推广能力；
3、性格开朗、善于沟通、能承受一定的工作压力，具备团队精神。
4、有店长和运营主管经历的人员优先。
