职位描述
Roles and Responsibilites:
1. Support training manager to maintain the scope of training and process improvement to create a professional and profitable dealer network.
2. Lead and e xecute a standard competency matrix for key dealer staff positions and ensure relevant training is available to support all key competencies , especially the human resources management, from recruitment, performance and retention.
3. Manage the dealer staff needs assessment and accreditation process and ensure appropriate training is developed to close any identified gaps.
4. Cooperate to achieve the annual dealer non-technical training plan. Identify and utilize as appropriate blended training solutions (e.g., web/classroom).
5. Assist in managing the new dealer induction trainings to ensure sufficient support is given to new dealers prior to opening.
6. Lead a clear and consistent communication channel, and conduct coordination with dealers, regarding training schedule, content, result and survey.
7. Lead and manage the annual non-tech training calendar, in respect of schedule, updating, and curriculum development. Monitor and m anage training suppliers to ensure a high standard of service is delivered consistently.
8. Support to build up Lincoln Institute, with proper training curriculum, locations and equipment.
9. Manage the on-line learning system, and take lead in clear control of dealer staff training path, certification status and turnover management.
10. Manage overall invoices with vendor, and coordinate with company finance accurately.
Requirements:
1. University or above in Marketing, HR or Business Management.
2. 5-7 years a utomotive experience in process implementation.
3. Strong knowledge of dealership processes, or dealer HR management.
4. Experience in premium Auto brand or luxury goods is preferred.
5. Functional skills:
-Ability to assess local market knowledge and apply accordingly
-Experience of training systems and requirements.
-Understanding of dealership operations.
-Cross functional knowledge and experience (Sales, Service, Marketing)
-Ability to manage and direct multiple personnel, projects, dealers and suppliers
6. Job specific skills:

-Strategic planning and tactical execution.
-Project management skills.
-Collaboration skills needed to implement and change existing dealer processes.
