We are currently looking for a customer service associate mainly in charge of replying to email inquiries and assisting customers in their booking process to ensure a high quality of service and booking experience.
The job will include the following tasks:
- Reply to email inquiries about our apartments':
>Availability
>Location
>Amenities
- Follow-up with our prospects
- Assist our customers in their booking process
- Collect and process feedback
- Keep our information updated on our partners' websites
- Work closely with our team in France to follow up the bookings and
constantly improve our business processes and service quality
- Report to our manager and assist him on marketing campaigns
We look for the following skills and attitude:
Skills
- Excellent level of written English ? Good level of oral English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills

- Polite and caring
- Committed and dedicated

The compensation will include a base salary of 4-5k RMB gross (depending on candidate profile) plus a monthly bonus based on performance.
