负责建立工厂ISO质量体系认证
指导、执行检验工作，及时提供技术支持
判断并分析产品的质量， 对不合格产品下达修复任务书
对于用户正在使用的产品质量异常，进行分析，出示检验报告
对已售出产品，分析质量问题
产品预检测及质量控制
评判管道的搪玻璃性能及焊缝
不合格产品识别辨认
技术文件记录
对不合格产品作出标记
产品分析的信息反馈
问题处理及改进建议

任职资格
大专及以上学历；有金属材料和铸造工作经验或者背景者为佳

3年及以上相关工作经验， 有质量管理内审员证书
良好的英文水平 （书面及口语）
熟练使用办公软件
有良好的沟通能力及协调能力

Job Description
Qualityl check-up with testing equipment (high-pressure test, thickness test, visual test, spark test )
Pre-control, evaluate the pipe’s enamel and weldingl seam
Defect identification , documentationl
Pipes and parts markingl according to the special regulations
making record for the defectedl products and propose with improvement suggestion (pipe parts and other requirements)
Responsibility

Implement and compile guidance forl material and products, products package rules, general quality standard,
and QC work sheet
ISO9001 certificate application, registration, documentationl and execution for the company
guide the subordinates for the qualityl control and offer technical support when necessary
evaluate and analyze thel products’ quality, issue the maintenance report for repairing work
analyzel the quality problem and issue the check-up report for the sold products
Pre-inspection and quality control,
Evaluation of the enamel of pipes,l welding seam
Defects identificationl
Documentationl
Productsl marking as the special regulations required
Feedback on products evaluationl and analysis
problem-solvingl & improvement proposal

Qualification
3 + years working experiences in Quality Management fieldl
Good English level (written and oral)
Good knowledge of officel software
Good communication and coordination skill
