Senior System Engineer

Summary:

This Senior System Engineer will take design process control and documentation, test responsibilities for new medical products to ensure entity’s time-to-market, development cost, ease-of-use maintainability and reliability objectives are met.

Principal Accountabilities:

？ Create and implement the system requirement following from customers requirement, Deeply understand the design process control.

Setup the documents management and traceability.

？ Create and implement the product test plans/protocols and generate test reports to ensure product design meets the specifications and quality system requirements.

？ As a team member, significantly contribute to completion various project activities, including product specification definition, risk analysis, design reviews

and design transfer to manufacturing.

Lead the test engineer to complete the verification and validation testing, and deliver the testing report.

Work with the RA to define and complete the safety testing and report for the product register.

？ Worked closely with cross-function team significantly contribute to completion various project activities , including design reviews with manufacturing engineers, test engineers, mechanical engineers to ensure the design meets the product requirements, including EMC, safety, reliability and manufacturability. Be creative in finding cost effective and innovative solutions in the product development process

Major Challenges:

？ Multi-site development requires excellent coordination and communication skills

？ Aggressive development schedule for time-to-market and extremely demanding cost goals

？ Adhering to the quality system’s product development process controls to ensure high quality products, given schedule pressure mentioned above.

Job Qualification:

？ Medical device company working 5~8years experience

？ Strong experience in design process control, know clearly of the stage control and requirement.

Familiar with design input/output, verification and validation testing, strong experience to deliver protocol and report

？ Good experience project review and documentation capacity

？ Ability to interface effectively with various functional areas.

？ Ability to figure out creative ways to meet the aggressive schedule and quality requirements.

？ High quality standard and attention to details.

？ Excellent skills in verbal and written English communication.

？ Knowledge sharing and strong team work.

？ Proactive and highly self-motivated.
