职位描述
岗位职责：
1、MBA/MF学员日常职业发展档案建立，入学前情况调研，撰写调研报告；有针对性的推荐MBA/MF就业以及实习，统计实习就业状况，撰写实习以及就业报告。
2、MBA/MF学生咨询。
3、MBA/MF学生简历册修改制作(full-time MBA/MF暑期实习简历册和就业简历册）。
4、MBA/MF暑期实习小结收集整理成册（确定可以公开部分），职业导师交流辅导情况小结收集整理成册（可以公开部分）；（面向所有全日制MBA和MF）。
5、Career Leader测试开通，测试说明以及后续解读（面向MBA和MF），并补充建立相关心理测试档案。
6、相关宣讲会资料整理发布（面向MBA和MF），并参加重点企业宣讲会，递交简历册，撰写给学生申请建议，发布给MBA和MF。
7、参与职业发展中心各项活动举办（职业发展讲座、企业参观、校园宣讲会、企业招聘workshop、企业招聘笔试面试安排、学生经验交流、“乐聚乐职”、SAIF人才论坛等）。
8、CDC活动新闻撰写。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，硕士/MBA优先，熟练掌握CDC工作各主要模块的基本原则、操作实务, 接受过比较系统职业发展咨询工作培训和实践。
2、5年以上工作经验，有在商学院CDC工作经验者优先。
3、具备良好的中英文沟通能力、Microsoft Windows 环境下的计算机操作技能，良好的分析说服能力、组织协调能力、高度的工作热情和积极的参与奉献意识。

the financial trading lab at saif, established in 2010, draws on the advantages of those at top business schools in north america. the lab is equipped with 40 trading terminals which are loaded with universally used trading systems, including wind/bloomberg/factset/fts, and can provide access for 80 people. students are able to acquire hands-on experience through mock trading with real-time data donated by eurex. the full-featured financial trading lab that integrates simulated trading and academic research is the most advanced of its kind in china.
