Position : HR Specialist

Line of Business : Shanghai Disney Resort

Department : HR

Location : Pudong, Shanghai

Reports to (Title) :Manager, HR Business Partner

Position Responsibilities

· Provide high level client service for HR related needs. Respond to employee related questions and issues in a professional and timely manner. Includes: policy application, events, company benefits, performance connection, etc.

· Support and involve in the recruitment activities if required

· Work closely with HR Representatives to implement and monitor effective HR processes, policies and practices

· Participant the regular meeting with Line of business leader, listen to their voice, provide HR solution to leaders.

· Involved in the internal transfers, promotion, separation process

· Work with HR leader to support company Reward and Recognition programs

· According to yearly Strategic planning, organize employee related activities, such as Family Day, Annual Dinner, etc.,

· Maintain effective communication with employee, actively respond to concerns and issues

· Provide facilitation and counseling services to assigned client groups and obtain feedback from Cast Members

· Take on any additional HR projects as allocated

Required Qualifications

§ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in (more of HR Focus)

§ 3-5 years of previous human resources, employee communications experience in multination company

§ Strong business writing skills, including executive summaries, presentations, reports, and proposals.

§ Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment. Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAP, etc.

§ Service orientation and strong partnering skills

§ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

§ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment

§ Good team player with high degree of confidentiality

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

§ Fluent in both Putonghua and English
