It is a 2 month full-time Internship Position.Our Industrial Operation director is an Italian, therefore we have good command of English level.Shuttle bus provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Translation and Interpretation:

§ Translate the important business documents;

§ Work as interpreter for Industrial operations director when attending business meetings;

Meeting Management:

§ Organize the internal and external meetings per request of Industrial operations director;

§ Prepare and attend the important business meeting with Industrial operations director;

§ Prepare the meeting minutes and assist Industrial operations director for status follow-ups;

Travel and Schedule Arrangement:

§ Assist Industrial operations director's business travel arrangements;

§ Schedule arrangement for Industrial operations director

Others:

§ Support Industrial operations director in collecting data and reporting;

§ Perform other related duties assigned by Industrial operations director;

Requirements:

§ Similar related experiences preferred

§ Major in English, Good command of English, speaking, written and listening; Italian langugage can be a plus;

§ Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

§ Details oriented and strong sense of responsibility

§ Good at prioritizing and planning
