Franchise Development Manager
diva is an exciting global company that has over 450 stores in 20 countries around the world. We have stores across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Europe. diva originated from DCK concessions, the largest fashion jewellery retailer in the world who supply brands such as Top Shop and Miss Selfridge. As a leader in the fast fashion and accessories category, diva has exciting plans to continue our expansion.
We are seeking a Franchise Development Manager to join our team in China. Your responsibilities will be to:
· Support franchise business in expansion throughout mainland China
· Recruit new franchise partners across all franchise types – province, city and individual
· Manage franchise partners induction and initial training into the business
· Manage vendor relationships for store construction to ensure stores are built to diva quality standards
· Manage relationships with existing franchise partners and ensure compliance to agreement and brand standards
· Maintain regular communication with each franchise partner and troubleshoot issues where needed
· Execute and manage franchise agreements
To be successful in the role, you will have the following skills and qualities:
· Experience working with retail or FMCG franchise operations in China
· Network of franchise contacts
· Astute financial acumen with a hands on approach
· Knowledge of the China franchising market
· Flexibility to work in a dynamic team
· Experience with franchise expos and franchise networking events
· Willingness for extensive travel across China – this role will travel 50% of the time
Desirable:
· Intermediate spoken and written English skills
· Experience in fashion/jewellery category

· 管理维护好与现有加盟商之间的关系，保证各加盟店对协议及品牌要求的正确执行；
· 定期与各加盟商之间进行沟通并及时解决随时出现的问题；
· 执行管理加盟协议；
为保证顺利胜任此项工作，请确保您符合以下工作技能及其他相关要求：
· 有在中国市场的零售及加盟方面的工作经验；
· 具备发展加盟商的人际关系；
· 敏锐的经济金融触角及实际解决问题的能力；
· 熟知中国加盟市场行情；
· 在一个充满活力的团队工作中具备灵活性及热忱；
· 具备加盟展会经验及加盟人际关系处理的相关技能；
· 可以接受中国境内的不定期出差-出差几率占整项工作的50%（或以上）；
有以下技能者优先考虑:
· 熟练的英语口语及书写能力；
· 有时尚/珠宝领域工作经验者最佳；
