职位描述
职位要求：
1、有B2C电商公司客服部主管相关岗位工作经验；
2、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，精通淘宝交易规则与购物流程，精通旺旺、QQ等网络聊天工具管理，操作过陶宝、天猫等购物网站客服管理工作；
3、沟通能力强，有耐心，工作细心，有很好的服务意识和说服能力
4、具有很强的责任心，团队合作精神，积极进取为人诚恳、工作作风严谨，能承受一定的工作压力
工作职责：
1、负责公司商城、淘宝、天猫等网络平台上店铺的客服销售管理，带领客服团队完成公司下达的目标和任务。
2、负责每天检查并确认客服工作的完成情况，主持部门会议并记录。
3、负责客服部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的培训及绩效考核工作，做客服部班次的编排和调整安排工作；
4、制定客户服务规范和制度，优化服务流程；以身作则，检查部门员工工作流程，监督客服专员接听电话的质量，指导客服专员销售技巧，发现问题及时纠正；
5、负责处理公司重大投诉，保证客服服务质量；对消费者满意度进行跟踪及分析，提升平台客户满意度 。
6、负责监督及管理所辖技能组成员的正常运作，保证服务质量达到客户满意度。
