GENERAL SUMMARY:

Working for the US/UK premier apparel brands, the Marketing Director is ultimately responsible for managing all aspects of the client's integrated brand campaigns throughout China. The Marketing Director manages 3rd party vendors such as SEO/SEM, Social Media, Media Buy, event, ensuring that the Client receives the most insightful, creative and comprehensive marketing solutions possible. The Marketing Director is accountable for maintaining a strong relationship with the client through consistent high quality communication and is the primary contact with our client's marketing team.

Roles & Responsibilities include
- Build the Digital Marketing Capabilities for Bleum commerce and the core team to execute
- Explore all potential partnerships to drive new and existing business from a Digital Marketing perspective
- Responsible for Client interactions related to Digital marketing across each Bleum commerce customer
- Member of the core management team of Bleum Commerce
- Working with client's marketing teams to deliver compelling online and offline strategies, programs and campaigns.
- Planning and executing digital and traditional marketing efforts to boost traffic, generate deeper engagement, and grow revenue.
- Manage internal technical team and external vendors to ensure all work is consistent with brand guidelines.
- Track and measure programs to understand effectiveness in terms of digital penetration and impact of social media.

Qualifications
- Digital marketing and advertising experience in china, preferably in retail, e-Commerce.
- An experienced strategic thinking marketer with 6+ years of experience, esp. digital marketing
- Deep knowledge into SEO/SEM on Baidu and Google, database marketing, social media such as Sina Weibo, Renren, Kaixin, etc.
- Experience in managing projects that integrate various online and offline marketing effort. Experience in monitoring and improving ROI
- Experience working with 3rd Party agencies/partners
- Must be able to work independently and as a supportive member of a larger team
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese speaking
