Key responsibilities:

1、 Assist GM to achive shareholders' motives: profit maximization and company' sustainable development Under GM's instructions.

2、 In charge of the treasure and financing, forecast and control on cost and expenses,budgeting and control.

3、 Organize and review routine book keeping jobs, represent to issue financial information towards outside.

4、 Ensure the utilization efficience of capital, control the ratio of liability/total assets.

5、 Concern with national finance and tax policies, study development strategies for company.

6、 Ensure the thorough implementation of group's policies.

Requirements:

1、University degree in Finance,Accounting or related specialized；
2、At least 7 years related work experience，and 5 years overseas investment enterprises finance manager duty experience；
3、Having the comprehensive financial specialized knowledge, financial processing and the financial manage experience；
4、Be familiar with the country finance and taxation legal norm, has the outstanding occupation judgment ability and the rich finance and accounting project analysis processing experience；
5、Integrity, the sense of responsibility are strong, the attitude is preciseness, work careful earnest；
6、Strong sense of teamwork, good communication skills, be good at withstanding pressures and self-inspiration；
7、Excellent English Skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
