Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Drive, consolidate and enhance the high level process/procedure in WWO organization
? QMS fundament builds, as the owner of below process (included but not limited to);
- Control of documents
- Control of records
- Internal Audit process
- Control of non-conforming product (including Supplier Deviation Process)
- Corrective action
- Preventive action
? Owner of supply chain internal process and procedure – creating, maintaining and up-grading.
? SAP support (supply chain related modules) and internal auditor on supply chain process respect
? Owner of Supplier score cards (evaluation of quality, delivery and cost). Facilitate regular review with operation management on supplier performance.
? Facilitate the Root Cause Analysis of key quality issues at suppliers
? Warehouse management improvement, Inventory analysis & control

Competencies:
? Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to successfully complete a wide variety of complex job duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
? Excellent problem solving skills and ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
? Good communication skills to properly communicate information of moderate complexity to peers and members of the management team and some external contacts, such as vendors.
? Project management skill and knowledge with a firm understandng at all project phases.
? Self-starter, energizing, results oriented and able to multi-tasks.

Requirements:
? At least 5-8 years working experience on Supply Chain roles – Buyer, planner, supplier management, fulfillment etc.
? Good skill and usage of SAP.
? Working under pressure with process driven attitude.
? LEAN & Six Sigma skills are preferred.
? Fluent English & Chinese speaking and writing.
? International company working experience will be a plus.
