Main Responsibilities:
To work under Quality Management guidelines and within the scope of ISO 9001.
Perform shift operation analysis on raw materials, finished goods and in-process products to determine the quality according to company standards.
根据质量管理准则和ISO9001的原则进行日常工作。
根据公司标准对原材料、最终产品和中间体进行检测，需要翻班。


Activities:

1. Perform quality control inspection of raw materials, intermediate and finished goods.
对原材料、中间体和最终产品进行质量检测。
2. Evaluate test results for all intermediates and products and determine the necessary adjustments to ensure formulation alignment.
评估中间体和产品的检测结果，并提供必要的生产调整建议以确保产品合格。
3. Perform lab equipments maintenance and calibration according to the QA plan developed by the quality assurance team.
根据QA计划，对实验室设备进行维护和校准。
4. Coordinate with workshop team for daily quality control.
在日常质量控制过程中与车间员工进行沟通合作。
5. Prepare and keep the quality documents both in forms and in computer system, prepare Certificate of Analysis.
做好质量文件的硬拷贝和电子版维护工作，制备分析单。
6. Strictly supports and follows all environmental, health and safety systems, make sure a clean and good housekeeping of laboratory.
严格遵循环境、健康和安全体系要求，确保实验室整洁有序。
7. Assist manager on development of QA procedures and new materials specifications, etc.
协助经理开发QA程序和新材料的指标等。
8. Perform such other duties that may be assigned by manager.
完成经理安排的其他工作。


Qualification


? Education
2-year College or above in Chemistry, Analytical chemistry or a related technical field is needed.
学历： 大学学历，化学专业

? Work Experience
2 years above working experience in relevant chemical plant or similar lab work
工作经验： 2年的实验室或者化工厂工作经验

? Other Requirements
1. Be familiar with chemical lab equipments

2. Live near SCIP.
住在金山化工区附近
3. Computer skills and English skills (both reading and oral) are needed.
熟练使用电脑，一定的英语口语和写作的能力
4. Team work spirit and problem solving skill.
