The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the following areas:
1. Be responsible for the function recruitment
2. Define staffing needs, and develop strategies to recruit best people
3. Design, develop and implement recruitment planning, hiring and integrating process


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in relevant major, such as HRM, etc.
- Have experience in HH Company, minimum1-2 years experience.
- Recruiting experience for Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
- Strong in assessing and evaluating competencies
- Strong desire to take challenges
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and follow through skills
- Mature, proactive and be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment
An attractive package of base salary and long term bonus (stock options) will be offered to the right candidate.
