Job Description
? Very good in English writing, reading and oral communication
? Excellent in technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar, content and style of writing
? Create data center research, design and implementation documents in support of all divisions.
? Demonstrated ability to research and document flash storage market and business analysis where the product can be of great market value
? Expected to produce a wide variety of highly technical documentation including server, storage, backup, database, with highly technical demonstration of the product functionality and convert it to application related documentation.
? Produce instruction manuals and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily.
? Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information among members and customers.
? Work together with research department, FAE and marketing for all technical documents requirements.
? Aware of the urgency of product information to be released ahead of time or as a part of architectural and core technical overview
? All documents will be reviewed by management periodically.
Skills Requirements:
* Excellent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with software like Adobe Acrobat Pro
* Experience with online help authoring tools
* Excellent in organizing and structuring information content
* Excellent communication skills in gathering information
