Role and Responsibilities

1) Responsible for technical assessments of products tank trim, seat &cover and flush performance.

负责产品的水件，盖板和产品冲水性能的技术评估

2) Identify, verify and evaluation all the components which for the chinaware products to meet performance, cost, and time-to-market goals.

确定、检验和评估所有陶瓷件配件，并做出其性能、成本及上市时间的评价

3) Leading problem identification, definition, analysis, solution generation, and solution implementation. ( Trouble shooting)

负责新产品配件问题的确定、定义、分析、解决方案的制定及方案的执行（问题解决）

4) Identifying and integrating new sources of materials or product tooling redesign.

确定并结合新的材料对配件的重新设计

5) Creating prototype models to evaluate new concepts, demonstrate feasibility, and reduce risk.

对新开发的配件提出新的观念，并证明其可行性，以降低风险

6) Product reliability and repeating test

配件的可靠性和重复性测试

7) Working with suppliers in developing new components and assemblies.

协助供应商开发新的配件

8) Working on service parts, BOM list and installation manual with package engineer, and share the engineering documents to the relevant plant and marketing

与包装工程师一起做好售后服务配件清单，BOM和产品说明书的工作，并将工程文件共享给相关的工厂和相应的市场。

9) Work with Electronic Engineer for E-Bidet products

与电子工程师开发相关电子产品

10) Share with components team leader new idea for the components, and rationality suggestion for components developing process, for further development and improvement.

与配件组组长分享关于新配件开发的概念，为长期目标和改进现有流程，对现有配件开发流程提出合理性建议

11) Ensuring the completion of engineering documentation to support product introductions and / or revisions.

确保对新产品的推广及其修改的工程文件的完整性

Requirements and/or Advantages

1) College education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required

大专以上学历，机械设计、机电相关专业

2) Prefer with Plastic model designing and produce

了解塑料模具的设计和生产工艺者优先

3) Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and AutoCAD, prefer with Pro-E skill

熟练的office软件操作和CAD技能，熟悉Pro-E者优先录用

4) Good English communication.
