岗位职责：

1. Analyzing and documenting current processes and system logic. Lead or contribute to high level requirements gathering workshops with users and IT

2. Manage and cultivate the development team

3. Assist Head of T&O in defining the company's technology strategy and roadmap

4. Manage the software vendor and ensure that application design is in line with the company's grow strategy, and technical advantage

5. Document high level business requirements and create detailed business specifications or “narratives”

6. Walkthrough business narratives with business users and obtain acceptance/sign-off

7. Propose Functional solutions and prepare functional specifications, manage with development teams to agree functional design/approach and enhance narratives with required level of detail for development

8. Escalate change requests/new requirements/issues to Project Manager in timely fashion

9. Identify operational issues or new procedures resulting from new requirements or functionality.

10.Ensure all stakeholders are communicated on changes to operational procedures-ensure changes are discussed/accepted

11.Ensure user’s test scripts adhere to narratives and are comprehensive

12.Support user and ensure full understanding of new functionality, respond to queries during test case creation and execution

13.Go-live user support and training

14.Other duties as assigned by the superior

职位要求：
1、具有5年及以上银行或金融行业系统开发经验、有带领团队经验者优先；

2、熟悉消费信贷领域；
3、具有较强的人际沟通及协调能力；

4、能在较强压力下工作；
5、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；

6、具有MCSE认证证书；
7、熟练掌握 JAVA, .NET, C++, C, C# ；
8、熟悉 Powerpoint, VISIO 软件运用；
9、熟悉 Oracle, MySQL, SQL2000 的系统配置及开发等
