Key Responsibilities

1. Insure that remanufacturing process successfully accomplishment.

2. Improve processes applying lean techniques and engineering principles

3. Identify and implement manufacturing cost reductions and productivity improvements

4. Research, develop and document new and existing manufacturing processes.

5. Assist in the layout of new production lines including material flow patterns.

6. Support the growth of the facility by ensuring seamless transfer of products from other facilities into the Shanghai facility.

7. Ensure seamless implementation of engineering change notices.

8. Identify and pursue product design changes to improve manufacturability based on engineering knowledge

9. Assist with procurement of manufacturing equipment, supplies, or materials

10. Apply continuous improvement techniques to processes involving customers and suppliers

11. Fully support remanufacturing team to finished remanufacturing work and task.

12. Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.

14. Comply with local EHS laws and regulations, RA policy and rules. Meet job EHS smart goals.

Education:

1. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or other related technical degree.

Work Experience:

1. More than 2 years of remanufacturing/repair engineering experience.

2. AC driver/inverter and PLC repair experience is a plus.

3. Automation machine commissioning experience.
