Responsibilities:
1. ISO14001/TS16949 system optimization, e.g. NPD, supplier management procedure improvement with the support from corporation
2. Setup the document control procedure departure from QSI, procedure/process documentation/working instruction routine control
3. Lead the internal audit/management review and following the corrective action
4. Optimization of the product audit and continuous improvement to the effectiveness of LPA
5. Support/participate the continuous customer, and 3rd party system audit
6. Prepare weekly/monthly quality review material, e.g. COPQ, KOS quality part, KanBan data
7. Conduct TS16949 training for employee
8. Conduct the procedure/working instruction training/evaluation for employee
9. New project quality development per project requirement to familiarize the NPD procedure
1. 优化ISO14001/TS16949体系，如：在公司总部的支持下改进NPD，供应商管理程序等
2. 建立独立于QSI系统的文件控制程序，进行体系程序/工艺文件/指导文件的日常控制
3. 领导体系内部审核和管理评审并跟进纠正措施
4. 优化产品审核并持续改进LPA的有效性
5. 支持/参与顾客审核和第三方体系审核
6. 准备每周/月的质量评审材料，如：COPQ，KOS质量部分，看板数据等
7. 对员工进行TS16949体系培训
8. 对员工进行程序/作业指导的培训和考核
9. 按项目要求，参与新项目质量开发，熟悉NPD流程
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering
2. 3 years working experience in quality system in a manufacturing entity
3. Understand TS16949 and ISO14001 system requirement
4. Understand APQP,FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP processes
5. Experienced in process and product quality control, Six sigma experience is an advantage
6. Fluent Chinese and English, Japanese is an advantage
7. Good communication skill/capable in coordination in a team
8. Target driven and self management

Kuss Filtration Inc. has over 60 years experience providing air and liquid filtration solutions to a diverse global market.
The Kuss business was founded in Findlay, Ohio USA in 1949 by Ralph Kuss, who subsequently formed R.L.Kuss & Company in 1951. The first products produced were vinyl liners for sauerkraut vats. Ralph Kuss’ entrepreneurial spirit led the company to begin producing intank fuel filters as early as 1953. He directed the company into a wide range of products. At the time of Ralph Kuss’ death in 1979, the company produced filters, water mattresses, vinyl airport hangar doors, and vinyl swimming pool liners.
In 1986 the Kuss family sold the business to Fleetguard, a division of the Cummins Engine Company and in 1990 Fleetguard divested all of the products not related to filters. In 2007, as part of Cummins’ global branding strategy, Kuss was merged into Cummins Filtration, and became part of its Light Duty division. In 1996 Kuss began manufacturing in France and by the end of 2007, Kuss had established its global presence with additional manufacturing locations in Brazil and China.
The Kuss Filtration operation in Bloomer, Wisconsin was established by Nelson Industries in 1965. Nelson Industries was a supplier of filtration products and exhaust and emissions control systems. In 1998, Nelson Industries was sold to Fleetguard, a division of the Cummins Engine Company. In 2005, as part of Cummins’ global branding strategy, Nelson was merged into Cummins Filtration, and became part of its Light Duty division.
On October 31, 2011, the Light Duty filtration business operations based in Findlay, Ohio and Bloomer, Wisconsin were sold to Industrial Opportunity Partners, LLC (IOP). This sparked the rebirth and re-establishment of Kuss Filtration Inc.
