工作职责 Responsibilities:

1. 质量检验过程控制 (检测系统可靠、检测计划制定) Quality inspection process control (measurement system validation, inspection planning)
2. 分析、报告、解决现场质量问题 Analyze, report & solution for the defects
3. 客户投诉处理Customer complaint handling
4. 供应商质量管理 Supplier quality management
5. 持续改善产品质量，降低质量成本Continuously improve the product quality & Reduce cost of poor quality
6. 协调相关部门执行各项质量改善活动 Coordinate with the related parties for quality improvement
7. 完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务 Work on any other duties and projects assigned by direct superior

任职资格 Qualifications Required:

1. 机械制造相关专业，大专以上学历 Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. 至少5年质量检验工作经历、2年主管经历Min 5 years of experience in quality inspection roles & Min 2 years in team leader
3. 熟悉ISO质量管理体系 Good understanding of ISO-9000 system
4. 熟练运用各种质量控制手法 Familiar with quality control tools
5. 良好的学习能力和沟通能力 Good learning capability and Good communication skill
6. 良好的英语会话和书写 Good English skills in both oral & written
7. 计算机操作 Good at office software
