海外游戏运营主管
【岗位职责】

1、负责独立制定游戏产品运营计划，并推动计划顺利实施；
2、能够独立负责业务运营数据分析，根据分析结果提出后续产品策略以及业务可行性建议；
3、在线玩家行为习性调查分析，分析收集玩家反馈的游戏问题，整理并提出可行性改进方案；
4、产品宣传：制定产品各节点宣传方向，并协助执行。制定版本更新、组织版本宣传热点；
5、负责产品创意挖掘、产品运营策划和产品日常运营的相关流程设计；
6、项目部门的日常运转管理、内部协调。

【职位要求】

1、有网页游戏或社交游戏项目运营经验，熟知国内外各类主流的网页游戏及社交游戏，对行业发展有清晰的认识；
2、善于把握SNS虚拟社区尤其是社交游戏玩家的消费喜好、心理等；
3、具有2年以上游戏运营或市场运营经验；至少1年以上游戏运营管理经验；
4、具有娴熟的游戏运营策划技能和丰富的专业知识，愿通过努力工作作与公司共同成长；
5、负责英语游戏产品从上线准备，发布推广，到运营支持的全部环节；
6、有良好的沟通、协调、规划、执行等综合能力；乐观、开朗、心理素质好、工作积极主动；
7、英语水平优秀，必须具备良好的阅读和写作能力，会法语者优先。
