Responsibility:
1. Good skills on trouble shooting of RF testing in both internal and on-site supporting
2. Focus on bring better user operation experience of RF testing for customers.
3. Base on the customer requirements to design, develop and validate the RF turnkey manufacture testing software for WLAN, Wimax, Bluetooth, and other wireless technologies;
4. You will need to verify the RF chip and product, check functionality and performance, analyze results, and develop measurement algorithm;
5. Work closely with chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's to provide software test solutions and field support;
6. Perform build, test, release, installation, and documentation to deploy the software;
7. Develop and implement test plans, test procedures and test cases
Independently control the full development lifecycle from implementation to test, debug and enhancement
8. Providing technical support, demonstrations and debug of end customer products;
9. Providing technical training to sales channels and distributors;
10. Effectively communicate customer feedback to design team;

Qualifications:
1. BSEE 3+ years’ related work experience required, MSEE 2+ years’ related work experiences;
2. At least two years working knowledge of RF testing software trouble shooting,
3. Knowledge of RF PHY requirements for following wireless communication standards:
---802.11 a/b/g/n/ac
---802.15 BT
---GPS,FM,NFC
4. Testing knowledge of RF test knowledge including Calibration/Verification;
5. Good knowledge in mobile communication technique is a plus;
6. Experience with design and implementation of wireless testing software is a plus.
7. Utilize test equipment including spectrum analyzers, VSAs, VSGs, sweep generators, and other standard test equipment as part of development and verification is a plus;
8. Able to work independently and complete project schedule under press on schedule. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills;
9. Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for both internal and customer communications at a technical level.
10. Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate about software development with high technical competency
11. Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members;
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skill;
13. Able to travel internationally and locally;
