Responsibility:
1. Focus on bring better user operation experience of RF testing for customers.
2. Base on the customer requirements to design, develop and validate the GUI for RF turnkey manufacture testing software for WLAN, Wimax, Bluetooth, and other wireless technologies;
3. You will need to design the GUI, Log and others customization of RF turnkey manufacture testing software as customer request.
4. You will need to design the interfaces that worked between different solutions.
5. Work closely with chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's to provide software test solutions and field support;
6. Perform build, test, release, installation, and documentation to deploy the software;
7. Develop and implement test plans, test procedures and test cases
Independently control the full development lifecycle from implementation to test, debug and enhancement
8. Providing technical support, demonstrations and debug of end customer products;
9. Providing technical training to sales channels and distributors;
10. Effectively communicate customer feedback to design team;

Qualifications:

1. BSEE 3+ years’ related work experience required, MSEE 2+ years’ related work experiences; Major in Computer Science, Communication, EE are preferred
2. At least two years working knowledge of GUI, API development using Visual C++, preferable .NET environment
3. Knowledge of RF PHY requirements for following wireless communication standards is preferred:
---802.11 a/b/g/n
---802.15 BT
---GPS,FM,NFC
4. Knowledge in mobile communication technique is preferred;
5. Testing knowledge of RF test knowledge including Calibration/Verification is preferred;
6. Experience with design and implementation of wireless testing software is a plus.
7. Able to work independently and complete project schedule under press on schedule. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills;
8. Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for both internal and customer communications at a technical level.
9. Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate about software development with high technical competency
10. Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members;
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skill;
12.Able to travel internationally and locally;
