Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics in developing and implementing rolling 3-year supply chain strategies in support of business growth
- Monitor, report and manage supply service levels of vendors ensuring OTIFEF deliveries
- Work with the Category Manager, Product Sourcing Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to create strategic supplier relationships to support the delivery of volume growth, CPR targets and supplier/factory reduction targets
- Manage forecasting and production planning processes for all key suppliers
- Provide main point of contact for European supply chain teams in relevant product areas
- Deliver supply chain solutions in terms of palletisation/forecasting/consolidation/lead time reduction to help drive costs and stock out of the end-to-end supply chain, and increase efficiencies.
- Management of CPA's with other parts of the KAL triangle, through weekly meetings and VC's.

Requirements:
- 5-10 years operational experience of import supply chains, especially Asia-Europe, along with at least 3 years management experience
- Degree holder or above, preferably in supply chain, logistics, engineering or business administration
- Knowledge in manufacturing process, product development and retailing is a definite advantage
- Fluent, both written and verbally, in English. French and German is a definite advantage
