岗位职责：

1、负责酒店员工招聘工作，建立招聘渠道和人才储备库。

2、负责酒店培训工作，包括新员工入职培训，企业文化培训，酒店制度培训以及其他专题培训。

3、负责检查部门培训工作。

4、负责企业文化宣传栏内容跟新工作。

5、配合人事经理其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，2年以上星级酒店招聘，培训工作经验。

2、形象好，为人亲和，有较强的语言表达能力和沟通能力。

3、中英文表达良好。
