Responsibilities
1. Ensures all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law.
2. Responsible for monthly payroll, Individual income tax declaration, social insurance and sales commission related issue
3. Coordinate with the social insurance agencies and 3rd party vendor, arrange the contributions as required to make sure the process smooth
4. Responsible for other benefits for employees (Annual leave,Physical Check, Holiday Gifts, etc.)
5. Suggest on improving existing compensation and benefit policies and procedures
6. Other related work assigned by CFC
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. 2 years of related C&B experience and preferably in multinational company;
3. Good command of English both in written and spoken;
4. Master Microsoft office skill, especially Excel;
5. Familiar with China labor law and relevant tax regulations;
6. Hard-working, capability to learn fast, meticulous, sense of confidentiality
