Key Responsibilities:

• Follow/improve standard and process for quality-related activities, set up and update. gauging/inspection specifications, provide technical training to inspectors in ordere to provide the guiding principles for quality production.
• Coordinate with related departments to analysis quality problems, monitor process quality trend and look for continual improvements.
• Investigate, analyze and handle customer quality complaints come up with corrective action and preventive actions internally. Complete quality analysis reports.
• Monitor process quality data and follow up improvement actions for high defect rate models. Lead related internal audit.
• Conduct training to direct labor and other cross function team on quality awareness and quality tools.
• Be involved in new product development and trail production, conduct quality review and make quality plans for new products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering or Management.
• At least 3 years relevant work experiences as quality engineer in manufacturing plant. Experienced in HVAC field is an advantage.
• Experienced in process quality control.
• Experienced in dealing with customer and internal complaints.
• Familiar with quality tools including SPC, Control plan, FMEA, 8D.
• Familiar with basic quality management system ISO 9000/TS16949.
• Good command of PC skills and English.
