Responsibilities
1. Review technical specifications for assignment

2. Make quality assurance plan
3 Conduct technical review with supplier
4. On-site quality control if potential risk is defined, prepare quality improvement plan.
5. Evaluate supplier by carrying out factory audit and initial supplier survey
6. Prepare First Assessment by creating process review list
7. Support part validation and testing
8. Create implementation follow up list (from order to SOP)
9. Manufacturing process evaluation and audit for improvement and development;
10. Help supplier find out the root cause of quality deviation. Provide suggestion to supplier for improvement and reducing defects, follow up the corrective action plan.

Requirements
1. University degree (4 year full-time degree) in Mechanical Engineering or other applicable fields
2. Strong hands-on skill. Not looking for an office person. This job is for someone who can take things apart and put it back together!
3. SQA experience in the field of CNC machining, sheet metal parts, casting, injection molding and electro-plating. Familiar with ISO 9001quality system.
4. Good command of written and spoken English
5. Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
6. Strong planning and analytical skills.
7. Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure. Good team player.
8. Extensive traveling required both in domestic and abroad.
9. Driver license preferred but not mandatory.
