Job Description:
1. To describe college application course to potential customers and maintain established sales targets;
2. To regularly communicate with customers in an effort to understand their personal college goals and learning requirements, using this information to assist the customer in course choosing or signing up for admissions packages;
3. To fully understand company’s products and programs, comply with standardized sales policies and processes and to actively participate in ongoing sales training programs;
4. To actively communicate with colleagues in other departments, including customer service, to maintain relationships and increase customer satisfaction;
5. Working with parents on after sale expectations and maintaining relationship with partners;
6. Creating general schedule for students who need consulting and attending seminars for students interested in consulting to increase sales;
7. Actively follow up with potential sales cases for consulting and give feedback to marketing team about how to increasing marketing effectiveness for consulting;
8. Give feedback to team about consulting satisfaction while working closely with consultants to improve consulting product.

Job requirements:
1. 1+ years sales experience and proven ability to perform under pressure, experience in education and training is a plus;
2. Outgoing and flexible approach to problems, strong written and spoken communication skills, and above all maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times;
3. A belief in life long learning and the desire to continually improve your own skills;
4. College degree, strong English ability;
5. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
