Job Description:

· Provide planning input, development and updating of project schedule reports for project management
team

· Generation and maintenance of project schedules and related reports using Primavera (P6)

· Analyzing schedule and progress data to identify trends and potential problem areas

· Making recommendations and providing solutions for potential scheduling challenges

· Project reporting to project controls manager and various levels of management

· Progress reporting using rules of credit within the chart of accounts structure

· Assisting in development of WBS and cost coding structure

· Assist with developing estimates for the change management process

Position Requirement:

· Education: Engineering or other technical designation

· Construction experience on international projects

· Fluent in oral and written English; strong communication skills in English are required

· 3 - 5 years of experience in a Project Controls role

· Experience in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)

· Good working knowledge and understanding of scheduling, cost control, cost forecasting, contingency
tracking, change management, estimating and accounting basic terminology, principles and practices

· Strong problem solving skills including identification of feasible/logical solutions in the absence
of procedures or limited guidelines

· Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and maintain a good working relationship with
other disciplines

· Flexible for domestic and international business travel
