Job description:

1. responsible for project design planning and editing of the interior design part of the design assignment
2. to organize and promote the interior design scheme of the project as well as evaluation of the final design result, which includes assuring the design direction and proposing professional advice
3. to participate in evaluation of the suppliers and the decoration design company during bidding events, to supervise and to coordinate the design units to complete good quality work according to the requirements of the company on time
4. participate in the construction management in the event of design change and quality of decoration effect
5. participate in selection of materials for the design and standardization of the product, audition and controlling the project cost

Post requirements:

1.Bachelor degree of interior design, environmental art, architecture or other relative subject
2.More than five years work experience, interior design experience for shopping mall is preferred
3.Strong learning ability, innovation ability and aesthetic consciousness, familiar with process of the project from design to construction
4.Excellent communication, coordination and management ability, conscientious and responsible, good team spirit
