Personal assistant to the president. (Entry level position)
Full time position, based in Anting town (Jiading District) with up to 50% expected domestic travel
Remuneration to commensurate with experience.
Fresh graduates may apply.
Duties include:
1. Report writing, data collation and translation (English/Mandarin).
2. Database management
3. Travel arrangements and expense sheet management
4. Note taking and management of meeting notes, including dissemination of information to ensure action.
Required skills/aptitude
1. Good spoken and written English. Technical background preferred
.2. Research skills (internet, library, data)
3. Ability to travel
4. Some experience in a manufacturing or engineering field preferred.
5. Not afraid to be hands on with power tools and test equipment.
6. Adaptable to a wide range to fields and industries.
