工作职能：
1） Maintance the quality control system in Songjiang Plant include document development、procedure revised、people training etc.
维护松江工厂的质量管理体系，包括文档，程序，以及人员的培训等。
2) Establish target for internal and external quality, review the internal and external quality issue and ensure the quality performance reaches the target.
建立质量体系内部和外部目标，回顾内部和外部质量事件，确保质量绩效目标的完成。
3) Establish and maintain quality system in all production lines and ensure a stable process quality control.
为所有的生产线建立和维护质量体系，确保质量过程控制的稳定。
4) Fast response to problem solving which occurs in internal processes following treatment of non conformity product procedure.
根据不合格品控制程序处理内部不合格品。
5) Fast response to problem solving which occurs in customer following customer complaint procedure.
根据投诉控制程序处理客户的投诉。
6) Focus on the process quality improvement through quality data analysis, team work of problem solving and regular quality audits
通过对质量数据的分析和定期的质量审核，不断的提高产品和过程控制的质量水平。
7) Organize and conduct process and product audits.
组织对过程和产品的定期审核。
8) Technical support to Customers、Sales team、and so on.
对客户，销售团队等提供技术支持。
9) Launch supplier audit regularly for ensure the supplier can provide stable raw material.
定期组织对供应商的审核，确保供应商品质的稳定。
10) Visit customer for problem solving if necessary.
必要时需要随销售拜访客户。

职位要求：
Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree major in chemical or releated.
化学专业或相关专业本科毕业
2) Recent graduate or 1-2 years work experience.
应届或有1-2年工作经验即可。
