要职责
?Assisting the implementation of the development, execution and ongoing evolvement of the respective tannery plant's supplier quality management function, can provide direction to individual suppliers for Quality level up activity. Major activities include:
协助管理、监督各个皮革厂供应质量的能力,对各个供应商进行质量监督,主要职责如下：

- Main line of contact for resolving major supplier related quality problems discovered at the tannery plant.
主要处理皮革厂的采购与质量问题
- Support link between suppliers and Development Engineering to ensure hand off designs are optimized for manufacture
增强供应商与开发工程之间的联系, 以确保设计最优化
- Help ensure suppliers meet corporate production readiness requirements for new model introduction. Minimum "readiness" requirements for all suppliers and additional requirements for "focus" suppliers will need to be defined as part of the process.
根据生产量确认采购需求量,并合理的选择合格的供应商
- Ensuring supplier manufacturing process capability and control for select focus suppliers. 确认供应商的生产能力挑选合适的供应商


QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCES
资格与能力

- Bachelor degree in related field, wet end tannery is preferred. 相关专业本科学历，皮革专业者优先
- At least 6 years experience in leather industry
至少六年皮革业工作经验
- Solid knowledge of quality management tools, very familiar with quality system
有扎实的质量管理知道，熟悉质量体系
- Maturity and professionalism to effectively interface with supplier senior management in order to improve performance
成熟稳重、善长处理人际关系
- Extensively "on the shop floor" experience in problem solving activity with both suppliers and related internal departments
在供应商与相关部门之间有良好的沟通渠道
- Hard worker with the highest integrity and can-do attitude
为人诚肯，具有敬业精神
- Proficiency in computer skills
熟练运用电脑
- Good command of English
英语良好
- Can travel frequently
