Job Description:

- To provide technical support and advice to makers and company’s member.

- To supervise the operation of development, and ensure its efficiency and safety according to standardized procedures and practices.

- Guide suppliers in development and processes selection.

- Ensure all are adhered to the Company’s safety guidelines.

- Visit suppliers or maker at regular intervals to provide technical support and to ensure problem free running of products.

- Collect and evaluate products.

- Report all technical issue and potential risks during development process to supervisor.

- execute fully and smoothly in development process according to the manager

Job Requirement:

- Minimum 5 years working experience in dyeing and/or printing industry, either in the laboratory or in the workshop plus at least.

- Bachelor degree in Textile chemistry related training.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Good English

- Good PC skills

- Good time management

- Service-oriented, team-work, proactive, able to work under pressure.
