Job Purposes/Objectives:
The Assistant Procurement Manager engages in projects that are supported by MRO (Maintenance, Repairing & Operations), logistics and facility/construction. Expertise throughout all project & operational phases and find out proper solutions to realize investment costs and optimize operational costs.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:


· Develop and verify the different solutions for Shanghai Logistics Hub day to day operations and operations improvement;
· Come up with Alternative Options for Process Improvement, Cost Optimization and provide cost estimations;
· Support the design of the basic logistics infrastructure and its improvements
· Search, evaluate, negotiate and appoint service & products providers for logistics activities;
· Drafting of Contract Terms and Conditions and Finalization of Draft Contracts for Procurement and Outsourcing of Services / Products.
· Follow up with service & products providers, authorities and internal end users regarding the infrastructural set up, maintenance and upkeep
· Support engineering with logistics and business expertise for development of new solutions;
· Ensure an efficient import process and customs filing for project needs;
· Ensure that all Approvals / Government Permits are granted on time for improvements to infrastructure;
· Establish and continuously improve the necessary planning and operational procedures;
· Manage MRO materials with Agility’s WMS;


Qualifications and Experience
· University Degree and above;
· At least 4 years related experience in logistics project either in 3rd party or in manufactory enterprise;
· Professional logistics industry knowledge is essential;
· Knowledge of Drafting of Contracts & INCOTERMS
· Good proficiency in Mandarin and English (CET-4 or above);
· Strong communication skill and teamwork spirit.
