Job Title: Accounting/Tax Associate

Role Description

The staff will be assisting bookkeeping, tax filing, preparation of month end reports and other accounting/bookkeeping related projects under the supervision of engagement lead for company's various clients.


Responsibilities

To assist monthly closing process under supervision according to monthly reporting calendar so that ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
Maintenance of accounting documents filing according to statutory requirements.
To assist in preparing monthly financial reports
To prepare required monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing
Be liaising with local authority and response upon requirements, such as annual inspection
To perform any ad-hoc projects as needed

Key capabilities

Qualifications:
1-2 years auditing/ accounting experience in CPA firm
Experience in an international company (preferred, not necessary)
Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance, holding accountant qualification
Excellent spoken and written English; (CET 6 or above is required)
Good at team work spirit, full of responsibility, implementation skills, initiative and good learning skill;
Experienced Excel operating skill also be required;
ERP system knowledge is value-added
General Attributes:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
