职位描述
Rresponsibilities:
1. Continuously update and maintenance staff records in the HR information system, ensure
the accuracy and safety of staff information"
2. Maintain and manage the process of employee check-in, check-out, internal transfer, promotion, discipline within the organization
3. Conduct payroll calculation in system and coordinate activities about salary, ensure accurately and punctually make the payroll
4. Involve in the recruitment activities, ensure the new employee on board according to hiring plan. Provide advice on recruitment channels from efficiency and cost perspective
5. Take part in employee performance management and track completion status
6. Collect training needs, develop and administer the annual training plan
7. Be responsible for employee relations and implement internal communication, help all level employees to understand company's information and policy
8. Analyze data, prepare report for managers and outside institution, according to laws, ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information
9. Make sure all responsible HR operations comply with legal requirement
10. Provide admin support for the site
11. Complete other works assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
1. 3+ years HR & Admin working experiences in MNCs
2. Bachelor's degree or above
3. Good command of English both written and oral
4. Skilled user of computer, familiar with office automation
5. Ability to work independently, take initiative, set and execute to work plans
6. Familiar with National HR laws & regulations.
