Experience & Education: BS or MS in related field with knowledge of body and exterior component manufacturing and cost

Skills

–General Skills:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Proficient in MS office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Good presentation skills.

-Functionality Skills & Technical Skills: Knowledge of China manufacturing cost structure for body and exterior components.

  • Knowledge of China engineering development cost structure for body and exterior components.
  • Know very well of the manufacturing process of Lamp/Mirror/sunroof/Injection/Painting/Stamping.
  • Have injection tooling background, know verywell of tooling cost structure, can work without instruction.
  • Financial knowledge and skills to provide pricing estimates based upon manufacturing and development cost structure.

-Management & Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to work with minimal direction, self starter, motivated and organized, Good teamwork and communication skills, Ability to work as part of a multi-national team.

Personal traits: Thinks independently and logically, Will take initiative on problems and issues, self motivated, Accountable for actions, Desire to learn.
