Responsibilities
* Create innovative, popular and engaging game concept and design document
* Analysis game and game market, refining game mechanics and propose idea for improvement
* Create detailed game rules, logic specs, assets list, feature list for game design document
* Deliver graphic list and logic list from game design documents, assist the development team making the schedule
* Communicate designs visually and verbally to team members, oversee implementation of game design
* Maintain and update the design document based on internal feedback and external review
* Create and organize all texts in game for localization
* Playtest, corporate with the other team member to debug and guarantee the quality game, fine tuning game play
* Remain current on industry trends, research and absorb valuable new design methods and techniques
* Ensure game play balance and overall game experience values in adapted titles

Requirements
* Bachelor or equivalent diploma,
* Ability to read, write and translation documents from English; Oversee study and work experience preferred
* Creative, logic mind, strong analysis ability, and player empathy
* Extensive knowledge and interest in flash games and SNS games
* Strong communication skills, good experience with document and graphic tools such like Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop and Illustrator
* Open-Mind and a good teamplayer
* Experience in game industry preferred
* Female preferred

* 测试游戏中存在的各种问题，和其他开发人员合作解决问题，创造高品质的游戏产品；
* 持续了解产业趋势、新趋势以及有趣的游戏设计方法和技巧；
* 在保留原有游戏的核心规则的基础上制作全新的原创游戏；

资格要求
* 计算机或相关专业本科在读大三学生
* 英语CET-4以上，能独立翻译相应的资料,海外学习或工作背景优先;
* 富有创意，有良好的逻辑思维、分析、理解能力；
* 热爱游戏，有多年游戏经验，对Flash游戏及SNS游戏有深入了解；
* 具有良好口头表达能力和文字表达能力，以及良好的文字组织能力，能熟练使用Office,Photoshop, AI等工具软件；
* 性格开朗，喜欢团队合作；
* 女性优先；
