Main Purpose of The Role and Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare relevant documents and file monthly Value Added Tax (“VAT”), Business Tax, Enterprise Income Tax (“EIT”), Withholding Tax, Stamp Duty and annual EIT;

2. Prepare and submit documents to apply for Tax Clearance/Exemption Certificate issued by the in-charge tax bureaus for outwards remittance purpose;

3. Prepare relevant documents to apply for various tax preferential treatment with the in-charge tax bureaus;

4. Prepare relevant documents to apply for export VAT refund with the in-charge tax bureau;

5. Prepare relevant documents to apply for Outbound Business Activities Tax Administration Certificate for BT filing and invoice issuance outside Tianjin;

6. Interact with tax bureaus and relevant government authorities to discuss various tax issues and maintain a cordial but professional relationship with tax bureaus and relevant government authorities;

7. Manage tax assessments and tax audits by interfacing with external tax bureaus, government authorities as well as internal functions;

8. Responsible for designing, implementing and improving the internal processes/procedures based on updated China tax regulations by working with related functions;

9. Lead local tax firms to prepare annual asset loss reports;

10. Supervise VAT invoice verification and deduction;

11. Tax journal entry posting and tax related balance sheet reconciliation;

12. Other tax operation work.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in accounting/tax/law or related diploma;

2. 3-5 years of related working experience;

3. Great communication and interpersonal skills;

4. Detail-oriented;

5. Optimistic and proactive;

6. Good time management and project management skills;

7. Fluent Mandarin/English in both writing and speaking;

8.IT skills (e.g. SAP, MS-Office).
